Mobile Messaging Terms

1. How to Opt In

You may voluntarily opt in by visiting tarot-spreads.com/text-tarot-spreads/, reviewing the SMS disclosure, and texting WITCH to +1 (646) 956-5649.

2. How the Assistant Works

The assistant responds with a branded opening menu. Based only on your replies, it may send numbered follow-up questions and the tarot content or link you request.

Messages may include:

• an automated tarot card and brief message;
• a tarot reading session suggestion and booking link;
• a tarot reading service suggestion and ordering link;
• help or customer-care information you request.

3. Consent and Voluntary Participation

By texting WITCH after reviewing the public SMS disclosure, you consent to receive automated conversational SMS replies from Tarot Spreads related only to the assistant interaction you initiate.

Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a tarot reading. Texting WITCH does not enroll you in recurring marketing messages.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. The number of messages depends on the menu selections and follow-up requests you make.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Tarot Spreads does not charge a separate fee for using the automated assistant, but you are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.

6. Purchases

The assistant may suggest a tarot reading session or tarot reading service and provide a link where you can review and purchase or book it. A suggestion does not obligate you to make a purchase. Any purchase or booking is subject to the applicable service description, checkout terms, refund policy, and cancellation policy.

7. Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

9. Privacy
